DAIGO FOUND!

last week me and my sisters went to our cousins house to find DAIGO! She went missing because their mother left the dog out in the backyard, of course theres no openings for her to run away from, but the cat was also out! Daigo followed the cat(bears his name) who apparently made a HOLE to get outside and escaped. Their mother let the dog out because it was smokey inside the house and dogs can get cancer easily. Who knew the dog would be gone by the time she noticed! Well anyways, my cousins asked around and the neighbors said they saw a white dog following a cat towards the park! How surprising....bear...loooool. He wants to get rid of the dog so bad because she was getting all the attention maybe. But anyways, so we went there last week and put up flyers at every entry way and then we went door to door and asked this one section household where their father fortuned the dog is being held by some house in this one area only and chances of them giving the dog is slim. So we made a plan to split up work. My sisters knock on the door and me and the others call out her name and see if we can notice anything suspicious. The first house we checked and knocked, no one was there. It was silent. But we came around, saw no one come in and out and apparently my sister who had good eyes saw movement inside the first house we knocked. So we knocked again and she said there was like 6 ppl in there or something and NO ONE opened the damn door? wtf? and i yelled out DAIGO!!! loud and many times in case my sister can hear barks or whimpers or scratches but yea...the man looked at the picture in the phone and said he couldnt see it and then said he never saw the dog. Suspicious, dont ya think? First knock no ones there but there was actually like 6 ppl in there? hmmm....well, my sister said she might have saw a white dog figure like near the window, but shes only 50/50 on that. So just today i heard from my cousin that the dog was found at the shelter! He said that his dad said that someone had released her from the house 2 days ago and she ended up at the shelter. I asked if there was any signs of abuse or anything and he said nope, just a different collar. Well, someone was trying to keep her but since we went around asking EVERYONE in the neighborhood and put flyers up, they cant walk the dog around the neighborhood now can they? We got the neighborhood keeping an eye out for us! IN YOUR FACE PPL WHO TRYING TO STEAL DAIGO! -sticks middle finger-
Man i wanna laugh at that persons face so bad! ugh. Just wanna know who it is. Ima suggest we get a micro chip in Daigo and just in case, see who the hells trying to hide her. HAH! But my cousins had to pay 250 for her at the shelter.
But im happy, they found her =]
Daigos very lively. Shes soo loved by her mommy(cousins mother) and daddy and her brothers(my cousins) Lol. Well, shes loved by me and my sisters too! =D

JOB!

WOOOOW after about 3-4 weeks working for census, im tired haha. Its annoying going door to door but even more annoying if the person isnt there and they'd have to call...I hate phones :(
But i have to do my job anyways...sigh. My sisters getting a new car soon so im gonna buy my drawing pad and a mic and im going to give her the rest of my money. Then im gonna go find me a better job :]
I CANT WAIT! I really want to work for ebgames or volunteer for viz...last i applied never got a reply. sigh =/
i should better my online portfolio for that. Actually im just gonna give them my site haha. WORK HARD SUSAN! is what i should say to myself. Im finally feeling like im getting somewhere now that im working and im gettin money and getting me a drawing tablet. With that i can better my online portfolio. That way i can just save my work online than scan all my paper drawing and retouch them in mangastudio or photoshop. I cant wait! But i also want a bike...well, i can earn more money afterwards and use that to get me a bike.
OH RIGHT! about census...lately i heard in the 2000 census there had been 13 deaths caused by accidents and 1 by a dog attack. This year, for the 2010, there has been 6 by far, (heres the link article http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/36920275) and one enumerator was shot at but he escaped death it seemed?(im not sure if this really happened, friend told me who heard from her mother whose in LA) and there was another incident where an enumerator who had worked for about 2 weeks raped a disabled woman. Update

As you can see, i've updated my layout once again. background re-edited and made a banner i actually drew. i put "ara "because lately i kinda like that word. idk why though. It looks kinda crappy...idk. when i have more time i'll see what i can do. for now its good i guess. Right now i just cant get enough of my songs! and lately i've been interested in Vocaloid. well, maybe not the program itself but the people who sing them. They make me want to sing....omg i want to buy a mic!!!!! grr. and drawing! i want to buy a tablet! Wacom Cintiq!!! and going to japan? maaan. so many things i want. Im finally got hired and am gonna get paid $22 an hour! yay! hope i make lots of money so i can save up to buy EVERYTHING! craaap. copic markers...was just watching a youtube video on someone coloring their drawing...wow....pro's right there. PRAY FOR ME! all im doing is drawing on paper still, comic on paper with ink pen. STUPID SCANNERRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! I WANNA SCAAAAN!! it aint working! it worked on the VERY FIRST DAY FOR ME! now its just...wthell is it scanning! 1px of a picture! gaaaah! someone teach me how to work this crap! Well anyways, a lot of things going on.

Return of Myself

Well, thanks to Edward im able to get my blog's update up again. Got font color, music up (man that took forever looking for my songs...) and getting rid of stuff. Now i just need to fix my background and im done. Hoping to finish it by the end of this week. gonna make a new background. Hope it looks better than this! Its messed right now but eh, im still gettin there.

Setting Up

Well, i've finally found the right blog site to set up blogging.
Though i dont blog, I kinda just wanna set it up cause im just really bored this summer.
Nothing to do. All ive been doing is eat, sleep, read manga, draw, and watch animes!
How fun...
Well, my friends birthday is coming up, and i think i might give her a late present... well, cause im poor. Also i havnt really prepared anything either. I was thinking...a drawing. But i think it might make me look cheap. Plus the fact she might not like it. Sigh...
Maybe im just thinking too much. But thats all the choice i've got. Either a drawing or maybe a cake, but of course!, borrowed money again from my sister or dad.
I cant even find a job. How pathetic is that. I feel very...like a sore loser lol.
Well anyways, ever since my new step siblings came living under the same roof, things have been feeling odd. Since they cant speak english and i cant speak my language properly, its almost difficult to communicate. Yes yes, me and my broken khmer-english. Im kinda angry with my 'step-little-brother' because he seems more spoiled than the girl since they were supposedly 'rich' from our home country.
Thats not the reason for my anger. Since they dont know english, we've got them english books and tapes and he doesnt seem to study. From time to time i see his older sister studying but when his sister tells him he should study, he would always say 'later' in khmer. They HAVE to study because they have a placement testing into Highschool this upcoming wednesday. But because i've been so angry and frustrated/irritated with the guy, i dont even care if he fails anymore. This is AMERICA! it isnt easy to get a job, communicate, make friends, or even do easy things without learning how speak english first!
My sister said to let them get used to the place first but all they did in the first week was: watch korean dramas, play games, and sleep a lot. Of course we tried to teach them everytime we could get(when my sister comes back from work because she knows how to explain and speak to them more properly in our language then me).
So, now i just need to get used to them and they gotta get used to us. Hes so shy and quiet that when we come to the living room he would go away and follow his sister to the kitchen when all hes doing is whispering her stuff while shes doing SOMETHING. Hes 14 but hes almost as tall as me prob 5"5/5"6 i believe. Im about 5"6/5"7.
Well, i guess i can complain some more next time haha. I always complain to my sister whose in japan right now but this is also a way to relieve my temper.
